Account Suspension & Closure

- A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution.
- Detection of unauthorised access to the account by a third party.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's available balance will be held in escrow. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be restored and normal account access will resume. Closure by the Player
